Hygiene

Good hygiene practices are a very large part of body art. Body Art by Erin maintains the highest level of hygiene by following a few simple procedures:

  • Only use face paint which have anti-microbial properties that ensures there is no passing of bacteria or germs.
  • Brushes are thoroughly cleansed with antibacterial soap after each event and are dried properly to prevent the growth of mold.
  • Faces are wiped down with baby wipes before painting begins to remove any dirt and oils.
  • No one with a cold sore or a visible facial skin irritation is painted on (as to not completely leave them out they could get a painting or tattoo on a different part of their body)
  • Isopropyl Alcohol is used to cleanse an area before the glitter tattoo stencil is put on their skin
