FAQ
Do your hygiene practices remove all the possibility of spreading germs?
Honestly… no. The body art business is a person to person business. While I take numerous steps to avoid germs coming in direct contact with the main paint supply, which you can read about on my hygiene page, I cannot stop the normal person to person spreading of germs that happens from coming in contact with people in an everyday sort of way.
What kind of paint do you use and how do you know it is safe on skin?
Every product that Body Art by Erin applies to your skin has been proven safe by the FDA and meets the safety guidelines of the United States. This includes all of my paint, cosmetic glue, and the medical tape I use to secure some of my custom stencils. If you are a person that normally has an adverse reaction to products applied to your skin, we can do a skin test to find out if you will be bothered by our products.
